Black Bean Salsa

INGREDIENTS
(2) 15oz Cans of Black Beans, rinsed and drained

(1) 15oz Can of Corn, drained

2 Medium Tomatoes, diced

1 Orange or Red Sweet Bell Pepper, diced

1 Medium Red Onion, diced

1 Avocado, diced

2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro, chopped

¼ Cup of Lime Juice

2 tsp Garlic Powder

2 tsp Cumin

Salt and Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
*In a large bowl, combine the beans, corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, avocado and cilantro.
*Pour the lime juice over the top of mixture. Add the garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper and stir in gently.
*Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
