Easy, Creamy Potato Salad

Enjoy this true Southern favorite at any Cookout or BBQ. It really is an Easy, Creamy Potato Salad recipe that takes minutes to create.



INGREDIENTS
6 large potatoes

8 cups of water

1 small onion diced

1 small bell pepper diced

8 medium to large eggs

½ cup of mayonnaise

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp salt

3 tsp black pepper

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp vinegar

8 oz jar of gherkins sweet pickles diced, save 1 tbsp of juice

DIRECTIONS
*start by placing a large pot with water on high heat
*add diced potatoes and eggs to water and bring to a boil, boil for approximately 12 minutes and remove from heat
*drain water from potatoes and remove eggs
*place potatoes into a large serving bowl and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
*remove eggs from shells and dice. Place eggs into bowl with potatoes and add the peppers, onions and gherkins pickles
*next, add mayo, mustard, pickle juice, and vinegar stirring gently until all ingredients are incorporated well
*garnish with paprika and dill
*serve warm or chill for at least 3 hours, enjoy!

Easy Baked Beans

INGREDIENTS
(2) 28oz cans of pork and beans (remove fat from beans)

1 lb of Chorizo coarsely diced (also may use smoked kielbasa)

1 small bell pepper diced

1 small onion diced  

DIRECTIONS
*pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
*pour cans of beans into a large oven safe dish
*add onion, pepper, chorizo and BBQ sauce, stir ingredients together and place into pre-heated oven
*beans will cook for approximately one hour to one hour and fifteen minutes, make sure to stir beans midway through cooking time
*remove beans from oven when they have thickened, serve and enjoy

Easy Barbeque Chicken

Get the Wet Naps ready!! This Easy Barbeque Chicken is so tangy, sticky and sweet you’re going to need a ton of them. Make it for Sunday dinner or impress the guys and gals at the next big cook out or sporting event!  

INGREDIENTS
4 leg quarters cut into individual thighs and legs (will make 8 pieces)

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp of salt

1 tbsp Garlic powder

1 tbsp Paprika

DIRECTIONS
*place cut chicken into a large bowl and completely cover with water, then add brown sugar and salt. Allow chicken to rest in fridge for twenty four hours, (this is called Brining)
*remove chicken from fridge and pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
*place chicken into a large cooking dish and season on both sides evenly with only garlic powder and paprika
*place chicken into pre-heated oven and cook for 30 minutes, remove from oven and turn chicken to opposite side and cook for another 20 minutes
*last, remove chicken from oven and spoon IMAJN Easy BBQ Sauce onto it evenly
*put chicken back into oven for another 15-18 minutes or until BBQ sauce caramelizes
*remove from oven, set aside for 6-8 minutes, serve and enjoy!

Easy Home Made Barbeque Sauce

It’s easier than you have ever IMAJNed to make a Sweet and Tangy Home Made Barbeque Sauce. If it’s BBQ that you and your family like, you will definitely love how simple it is to whip up but incredibly tasty.

INGREDIENTS
(1)  28 oz can of diced tomatoes

16 oz of tomato sauce

1 small onion diced

3 tbsp molasses

3 tbsp vinegar

1 ½ tbsp lime juice (or lemon)

1 tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard

1 tbsp oil

¾ cup brown sugar

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp paprika


DIRECTIONS
*start by placing a medium sized sauce pot over medium heat and add oil
*add diced onions to pot then stir until they are see thru
*add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce then stir
*next, add molasses, brown sugar, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, vinegar, Dijon mustard and lime juice. Stir ingredients together and bring to a simmer, do not cover pot
*allow sauce to simmer on medium heat for approximately 30-40 minutes until it thickens
*when done, remove pot from heat and set aside
*sauce may be added to chicken, pork, beef and even beans!!
*pour extra sauce into a seal tight jar and place in the fridge for up to a month
