Easy Barbeque Chicken

Get the Wet Naps ready!! This Easy Barbeque Chicken is so tangy, sticky and sweet you’re going to need a ton of them. Make it for Sunday dinner or impress the guys and gals at the next big cook out or sporting event!  

INGREDIENTS
4 leg quarters cut into individual thighs and legs (will make 8 pieces)

1 ½ cups of IMAJN EASY BARBEQUE SAUCE RECIPE, ingredients and preparation method found here: http://imajneasycooking.blogspot.com/2011/04/easy-home-made-barbeque-sauce.html

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp of salt

1 tbsp Garlic powder

1 tbsp Paprika

DIRECTIONS
*place cut chicken into a large bowl and completely cover with water, then add brown sugar and salt. Allow chicken to rest in fridge for twenty four hours, (this is called Brining)
*remove chicken from fridge and pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
*place chicken into a large cooking dish and season on both sides evenly with only garlic powder and paprika
*place chicken into pre-heated oven and cook for 30 minutes, remove from oven and turn chicken to opposite side and cook for another 20 minutes
*last, remove chicken from oven and spoon IMAJN Easy BBQ Sauce onto it evenly
*put chicken back into oven for another 15-18 minutes or until BBQ sauce caramelizes
*remove from oven, set aside for 6-8 minutes, serve and enjoy!

Easy Oven Roasted Chicken Breasts

We have an Easy Oven Roasted Chicken Breasts recipe for those who live their lives in a rush. In less than one hour and a half this chicken can be prepared and sitting on the dinner table.


INGREDIENTS
4 Bone-In Chicken Breasts

¼ cup of oil

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp black pepper

1 tbsp garlic powder


DIRECTIONS
*preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
*rub each piece of chicken evenly with oil and then season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
*place chicken breasts in a roasting pan bone side up
*cook chicken for 30 minutes, and then flip chicken over and cook an additional 20-30 minutes or until golden in color and juices run clearly when chicken is poked with knife or fork
*remove from oven, allowing resting for approximately 8 minutes, garnish then serve!
