Easy Home Made Barbeque Sauce

It’s easier than you have ever IMAJNed to make a Sweet and Tangy Home Made Barbeque Sauce. If it’s BBQ that you and your family like, you will definitely love how simple it is to whip up but incredibly tasty.

INGREDIENTS
(1)  28 oz can of diced tomatoes

16 oz of tomato sauce

1 small onion diced

3 tbsp molasses

3 tbsp vinegar

1 ½ tbsp lime juice (or lemon)

1 tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard

1 tbsp oil

¾ cup brown sugar

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp paprika


DIRECTIONS
*start by placing a medium sized sauce pot over medium heat and add oil
*add diced onions to pot then stir until they are see thru
*add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce then stir
*next, add molasses, brown sugar, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, vinegar, Dijon mustard and lime juice. Stir ingredients together and bring to a simmer, do not cover pot
*allow sauce to simmer on medium heat for approximately 30-40 minutes until it thickens
*when done, remove pot from heat and set aside
*sauce may be added to chicken, pork, beef and even beans!!
*pour extra sauce into a seal tight jar and place in the fridge for up to a month
